Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. When you purchase an OpenWays pack, you receive instant access to the full digital download. Because these files can be copied and retained after download, we are unable to offer refunds on completed purchases.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hi@openways.net and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. We want every customer to receive the product they paid for.
The Update Pass is an annual subscription that provides ongoing updates to your purchased packs. You may cancel your Update Pass at any time before the next renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for the current subscription period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
To request a refund or report a technical issue, email hi@openways.net with your Gumroad order number. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
If a pack genuinely does not match the description on our website, we will work with you to make it right. We stand behind the quality and accuracy of every product we sell. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns.
